Hi.

I'm DJ Waldow. Are you tired of seeing, hearing, and reading sad, depressing news? I am.

This site is dedicated to surfacing and sharing the good news that's happening in the world.

This Burger King "Bullying Ad" has some important lessons

This Burger King "Bullying Ad" has some important lessons

"Bullying is a seemingly intractable problem, but there is one simple thing you can do about it. If you see it happening, you can step in and try to stop it."

I love this quote by Tim Nudd, creative editor of Adweek.

This 3-minute Burger King ad drives the point home, in a humorous -- and shocking -- manner.

Each year, 30% of students are the target of bullying and cyberbullying. And bullying is the #1 act of violence against young people in America today (source).

As a parent this makes me sad. As a human being, this makes me sad.

But again, we all can do something about it and I think awareness campaigns like this one from Burger King are a good first step.
